Project Manager | Actuarial Transformation | 6 Month Contract | London
I’m working with a leading global life reinsurer looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major actuarial process transformation programme. This is an initial 6 month day rate contract , with a strong likelihood of extension , working 2 days per week in London . Must be able to start no later than mid-September (ideally sooner). The role will involve driving a complex process redesign across Actuarial, Finance, Operations and Technology, bringing structure, pace and accountability across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
Key areas of focus:
- Owning the integrated project plan and critical path
- Managing risks, issues, dependencies and delivery blockers
- Driving accountability across multiple teams and workstreams
- Coordinating governance and senior stakeholder reporting
- Managing competing priorities and maintaining delivery momentum
- Supporting wider process redesign and Target Operating Model activity
We are ideally looking for an experienced Project Manager from insurance, reinsurance or wider financial services , with strong transformation and process redesign experience. Previous experience working with actuarial, finance, risk or modelling teams would be particularly valuable.
